Cat : Sandra, I believe that word of mouth business works like planting a crop. It takes a while, heck - even a LONG time, to see that first little speck of green poke through the dirt. In the meantime, how about ASKING your clients to talk about you? We include a little card with everything we send out to our clients that asks them to share their experience on social media using our official hashtag. We've had a great response from that! Keep on keepin' on. We're cheering for you!

Sandra Jackson : Like the two of you, I live in a small town. I think mine might just be smaller. We have no stop light! I feel as though I have tried everything to get my name out there. I feel like I have a solid product and a great customer experience based on feedback from my clients, but I'm still not getting that world of mouth business. Any tips on how to make it happen?
