About a year ago, my obsession started with Rose Gold. Luke and I were out shopping for clothes to wear to North Carolina when we went there to have our photo taken by the fabulous photographer Millie Holloman. I wasn't even in the market for a new watch, but I was walking by the counter and saw these beautiful rose gold Michael Kors watches and fell in love. You can see the rose gold watch in the bottom of this picture.

Now fast forward to this spring, and we shot a wedding for the lovely Lacey and Edwin. Lacey is a Stella & Dot jewelry stylist and because of that, I started browsing her website a little more than I'd like to admit.

I have gone a little crazy with the rose gold. Here are a few of my favorites!

I haven't purchased the Rhea Bangles yet but obviously (as you can tell) they are on my radar.

Update: Another rose gold item that I have on my wishlist! Last week these awesome camera straps launched and are creating quite a buzz in the photography industry! I actually don't even shoot with ANY strap on my camera, but I might add one if it is this one from Bloom Theory!

We met up with the super-cute couple Brittany and Blair to photograph their engagements last week.

These two are so much fun to be around and clearly very much in love! We are looking forward to their wedding this summer!

How happy are they?

At the end of the shoot, these guys put on their cowboy boots for a few pictures before we finished up and they headed out to... where else? The county fair! Love it!

Just when we thought that boy bands were a thing of the past, we discover One Direction. We are now One Direction groupies and can't control our lovely dance moves!

Things have really gotten "cray" (the new term for crazy) around here! After these teenyboppers took over our soul, we have been obsessed. We first fell in love (is that too strong?) with them when we watched them play live on SNL. Then we ran, not walked, to our computer and spent our life savings on One Direction iTunes songs.

It is almost like they have mind control powers over us. When one of their songs comes on, hands go up, rolly chairs zoom down the hallway, and we have no control over what our body does. It may have even been said that I (Luke) may have thrown my hands in the air, moved my head in an unnatural pattern, and sang the wrong words. C'est la vie!

Does this happen to anyone else? Are we the only adults who really really enjoy their music? Please someone say that we aren't! But, if we are, I think that we can handle that!
